30 minutes: 5 min warm up; 5 min cool down; 20 minutes at a high cadence (for me anyway) and no resistance. Every 2 minutes 15 seconds of pedaling as fast as I could.

After strength training, did 25 minutes on the stationary bike. 5 minute warm up, 15 minutes at a fast spin with no resistance. 5 minute cool down.

After warming up with some hip flexibility/mobility exercises, I worked shoulders, arms, and back. Also included was some moderate chest, including these crazy dumbell pushups. I think my coach hates me.

After a short warmup (10 min) of some hip flexibility exercises, took a short walk at a relaxed pace. After yesterday’s new strength routine (focused on legs) my legs were sore and I was grateful for a light day.
