Barefoot Run & ST

This was a hybrid workout combining some barefoot running, strength training, and then more running.  Workout was:

  • 5 min walk warm up
  • 2 min 30 sec run; 1 min backward run
  • Runner Core Strength Training Circuit 2 (~20 minutes)
  • 2 min 30 sec run; 1 min backward run
  • 5 min walk cool down
All walk/run sessions were barefoot.
After the run 15 min of stretching.
