Barefoot Run & ST
This was a hybrid workout combining some barefoot running, strength training, and then more running. Workout was:
- 5 min walk warm up
- 2 min 30 sec run; 1 min backward run
- Runner Core Strength Training Circuit 2 (~20 minutes)
- 2 min 30 sec run; 1 min backward run
- 5 min walk cool down
